Marriage the Bible Way

Biblical marriage is more than a union—it is a covenant ordained by God, reflecting His love, faithfulness, and purpose. From the beginning, God established marriage between Adam and Eve as a sacred partnership. Genesis 2:24 says, “That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.” This oneness is spiritual, emotional, and physical—a deep bond meant to last a lifetime.

Throughout the Bible, marriages are portrayed as both beautiful and challenging. Couples like Abraham and Sarah, Ruth and Boaz, and Mary and Joseph reveal the importance of faith, sacrifice, and obedience in marriage. These relationships weren’t perfect, but they were rooted in trust in God’s plan.
